About role: 

We are looking for a passionate Engineering Manager with proven experience in leading software development teams. As Engineering Manager you will lead a team of talented software engineers in agile culture to build user facing products which will be used by millions of people.

Responsibilities: 

- Leading team of software engineers to develop high quality products. 

- Fostering ownership, agile culture, happiness and productivity in team. 

- Communicating company values to team, motivating team to fulfill business requirements and enabling them to grow while working. 

- Improving product quality, technical and operation excellence. 

- Working with product manager and product designers and ensuring on time delivery of product to the market.

Qualifications: 

- Proven experience in software development for 5+ years in agile environment. 

- Experience of leading high performing teams for 2+ years. 

- Experience of software development in open source is plus. 

- Experience of Scala, Java, Play Framework and AKKA is plus. 

- BS/MSc degree in software engineering / computer science of relevant fields.
